Xiang Pian Tea

Xiang Pian is the ethereal ‘earl grey tea’ of the Chinese Tea categories. It is a fragrant flower tea that has been infused in Jasmine Flower. Xiang Pian has a mellow and mildly sweet lingering sensation when consuming. The best time to enjoy a cup of Xiang Pian is in the evening, especially after a busy day at work!

Pu'Er Tea

Pu’ Er falls under the umbrella category of fermented teas commonly known as ‘dark tea’(hēichá). Pu’-Er is typically autumnal and would give an aftertaste like sweet dried fruits or honey. Due to its relatively high caffeine concentration compared to other Chinese Tea, Pu’ Er is advised to be consumed in the morning during breakfast!

Tie Kuan Yin

Tie Kuan Yin is one of the Chinese oolong tea categories that first came about in the 19th century. Tie Kuan Yin can be roasted, aged, or even unroasted! It has a bright emerald yellow to the tea and with a fresh, nutty and fruity flavor.

Liu Bao Tea

Liu Bao is a fermented, aged Black Tea that dates back to the Tang Dynasty and was one of the highest prized teas during the Tang Dynasty. It has a sweet and smooth; thick and rich taste with an aged Jujube aroma. Liu Bao is best consumed during lunchtime as it not only helps stimulate digestion before the meal but also keeps you awake after your lunchtime.

Vanitea

Vanitea is a type of Black Tea blended with the fragrant Vanillin to give your cup a tea a distinctive aroma. Black tea is generally stronger in flavor compared to other types of tea as it is extracted from a type of shrub known as Camellia Sinensis. A tip to preparing a cup of fragrant and delicious Vanitea is to add in some milk of any choice as well as a touch of sugar!
