Our all new Vanitea packaging is here with an added pinch of Vanillin! Vanitea is a type of Black Tea blended with the fragrant Vanillin to give your cup of tea a distinctive aroma. Black tea is generally stronger in flavour compared to other types of tea as it is extracted from a type of shrub known as Camellia Sinensis. For this reason, Vanitea will taste slightly sweeter than other teas.
A tip to preparing a cup of fragrant and delicious Vanitea is to add in some milk of your choice as well as a touch of sugar! This preparation will give your cup of Vanitea a flavour similar to our all-time Malaysian favourite beverage — Teh Tarik. Of course, if you are not a fan of sweet tea, do not worry! Consuming Vanitea in its original form would also give you a delectable experience that you will crave for more!
Moreover, as our Vanitea is infused with Vanillin and one of the finest tea leaves in town, try rolling your tongue while tasting Vanitea and you will get a sense of strong Vanillin aftertaste when consuming.

Preparations:
- Warm the teapot with hot water
- Place one sachet of Vanitea into the teapot and add fresh boiling water
- Leave it for 3 minutes to enrich the aroma and refine the taste
- Vanitea is brewed and ready to be served
Vanitea generally has a shelf life of 2 years but it is recommended to be consumed in 6 months for the best flavor and fragrance. However, as the tea leaves at JOHIN Tea Merchant are of higher quality, our Vanillin flavor will still remain even after the suggested period of consumption.
